Born to ride! Beside my job and the work in the new house this is the main reason for the delay regarding my website updates. I started to ride my Mountainbike ( an over 10 year old Scott ) in February. Meanwhile I also started to ride my Race bike. In total I got over 1100km on the road so far with almost 20.000 meters ascending. Additionaly I spent 30 hours on my ergometer too ( by. 17th of March ). That means that I spend a lot of spare time riding my bicycles and because of this I gradually become fitter.

The weather is just great and I really enjoy living on the country side. I also spend very little time in front of the computer because there is so much else to do. That´s it. I have to stop now.....

Jays are very shy birds but we got regular visits of a couple during their nesting time and I had the luck to got the shot. I shot trough the open door in our house ( still wearing my pyjamas ). The jay was in our second walnut tree about 8 meters away from me. I used my AF-S 2.8/300 ED + TC-14E attached on my D300 wide open. The camera was set to 400ASA to keep the speed high.
