To be honest: I didn´t take many pictures after the Canada trip for nearly 2 months. After wildlife that nearly touched my lenses I had a serious problem to go out and take pictures in Austria and I was busy to look through the Canada-slides too. Anyway I took this one while we were searching for a piece of land outside of Vienna. When we look for place to live we take the coolpix with us as a kind of notebook. As we walked through the grass I saw grasshoppers everywhere. That reminds my at childhood where I hunt grasshoppers and put them in big glass to watch them. This is just a snapshot with the Coolpix 950 and I was sad because I didn´t had my SLR with the 180 mm Macro on hand. Grasshoppers didn´t let you get that close, so a longer lens is a better option to do closeups. |
